I am originally from Houston, Texas, and went to Davidson College in Davidson, North Carolina from 2004-2008. Upon graduating college I immediately started in the Biomedical Sciences program at UCSF, where I soon joined Jeoung-Sook's lab and started work on the FcERI in DCs. Outside of the lab, I enjoy writing for the UCSF newspaper and sewing. After graduating, I hope to continue work in allergy as a postdoctorate researcher and pursue new scientific writing opportunities.
